How It Works
The service is based on pre-purchased support where support is purchased ahead of when it is required, and it is used as often as is needed until the allocation has been used up.
It provides a multi-vendor telephone, email and onsite support service designed to provide a virtual extension to our client’s internal IT support structure.
To enable maximum flexibility the service has been designed so that clients invest a pre-agreed amount to cover a number of support units to call off against professional services. These units can then subsequently be utilised across the support requirements and proactive consulting and deployment services as needed.
